Marshall’s Yard’s Beauty Salon Taken Over by New Management
3 October 2022
The popular beauty salon in Gainsborough’s Marshall’s Yard shopping centre, Rochell Rose, has been taken over by a new management team who have exciting plans to move the business forward.
Husband and wife team, Stuart and Heather Otter, have been busy refreshing the salon’s décor and creating more space for some exciting new services they plan to start offering.
To unveil the new salon and treatment menu they are planning to hold an opening party from 1pm until 4pm this Saturday [8th October] where goodie bags and vouchers will be handed out along with a glass of fizz and a chance to meet the new team.
Established in 2018 former owner, Amy Benson, will remain a familiar face at the salon working there two days a week offering a range of brow, lash, facial and waxing services.
Adding to this, the salon will soon be offering a full hair service with chairs available to rent for local hairdressers to jump in on this exciting time for the business.
More facial and massage services will be coming to the salon, as well as the nail salon remaining in place.
Clients visiting the first-floor salon, which can be found in Britannia House between Timpson’s and Vodafone, can expect to find a high level of treatment services in all thing’s beauty including brows specialising in henna, microblading, lamination, HD and signature and lashes offering LVL and Lash Bomb.
The additional massage, facial and waxing services will ensure everyone visiting the salon gets the same expert levels of treatment Rochell Rose have proudly built their reputation from, whilst also leading to more availability of appointments due to the two additional beauty therapists who will now be working there.
New salon owner, Heather Otter who has five year’s experience in the industry, said: “We are really thrilled to be taking over this gorgeous space in the heart of Marshall’s Yard.
“We have loads of exciting plans to stay ahead in the industry ensuring we continue to invest in the best training and offer the highest standards using the latest techniques - we now want more beauty professionals to join with us in our journey.”
Heather is inviting all therapists and hair professionals who can add to the current beauty menu, looking to rent a chair on a self-employed basis, to contact her by email on: rochellrosebrowandbeautybar@gmail.com.
Centre Manager at Marshall’s Yard, Jodie Pacey, said: “It’s great to hear all the wonderful changes happening at Rochell Rose with the core values of the business remaining the same - offering clients the latest range of beauty services with a friendly team of experienced therapists.
“We wish Heather and Stuart all the best with their new business venture.”
The salon will be keeping the same opening hours for now closing on Fridays and Sundays but offering a range of evening appointments to ensure full flexibility around client’s working life.
